Shipping policy

We offer free domestic shipping for online orders of Jewelry, Zuni Fetishes, and Navajo Rugs. For other art and international orders, please add the item to your cart for a shipping quote.

For domestic orders, we offer shipping via USPS, UPS Ground, or FedEx. Our objective is the safe delivery of our art to you. If you have a preference for a particular carrier, please contact us before your package ships and we will accommodate your request.

When selecting your shipping method, all domestic options include a choice for "Signature Required" or "Signature Requirement Waived". We highly recommend a signature required for delivery, however we will ship whichever method the customer selects. If you request no signature, the package will be left outside your door, even if you are not home.

All of our shipments are fully insured and trackable. However, by selecting a shipping option with "no signature required", you are waiving your right to insurance after the package is marked as delivered. With no signature upon delivery, Garland's is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages that are marked as delivered. We highly recommend a signature required, because by choosing a signature required, the package will be insured from our hands to yours.

For international orders, we ship with USPS or DHL Express. There will be customs duties due from the recipient before the final delivery is completed. Customs fees will vary depending on the recipient's country and the product type ordered. Any customs fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Generally speaking, DHL Express is much faster than the USPS options. Even if a customer selects the USPS International Shipping option - Garland's reserves the right to ship your order with DHL Express, in cases where the package is high value or we deem DHL to be a safer alternative. If you are in a situation where USPS is absolutely necessary, please contact us at to indicate your preference before your package ships.

If an international package is refused, or duties are not paid- the package will be returned to Garland's. If the customer wishes to have the package shipped again, additional shipping charges will need to be collected before re-shipping the package. If the package is returned to us after our stated return policy- Garland's reserves the right to issue a store credit only and/or charge a 10% restock fee.
