    Jake Livingston

    Jake Livingston is a Navajo/Zuni heritage and was born on April 27, 1946 in Dine Haven, New Mexico.  He first learned jewelry making from the famous artist, Dennis Edaakie.   He has been actively making jewelry since the early 1970's and was named the Indian Arts & Crafts Association’s Artist of the Year in 1988.

    He is a top award-winner and his beautiful mosaic inlay jewelry is much sought after. His awards include numerous 1st place and Best of Division’s at the prestigious Santa Fe Indian Market.  His award winning jewelry faithfully represents both the Navajo and Zuni sides of his heritage.

    He won three Purple Hearts during his service as a Marine in the Vietnam War.
