Named after the location it was first discovered, the Gaspé Peninsula in Canada, Gaspeite is a rare nickel carbonate mineral. Once cut and polished, gaspeite is a brilliant green color perfect for jewelry use. Most of the gaspeite used by our artists is mined in Canada or Australia.
