Our Policies


Within 14 days of the purchase date we accept returns for a full-refund or store credit. Within 30 days, all of our jewelry can be returned for store credit. Proof of purchase is required for any returns. After 30 days from the purchase, we do not accept returns.

Returned merchandise must be in the same condition as when purchased. Special orders, layaways, and modified jewelry (sizing, customizations, etc.) are non-refundable.


We guarantee the craftsmanship of our jewelry and are happy to facilitate any repairs. Proof of purchase is required for all repairs.

Within six months of the purchase, all repairs costs are covered by Garland's Jewelry. After six months, and in cases where the jewelry was mistreated, the cost of the repair can vary, depending on the particular piece and artist. All repair costs must be agreed to before the repair will begin.

Repairs generally take 6-8 weeks to complete. We do not repair jewelry in-house; artists outside the business complete all repairs. Costs and time frame are not determined by Garland’s Indian Jewelry, but depend completely upon the artist completing the repair. We do not repair jewelry that was not purchased directly from Garland's Indian Jewelry.


For items sold on a layaway basis, we require a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total purchase price. The remaining balance must be paid within 6 months of starting the layaway, with no interest charged.

If the purchaser wishes to cancel the sale any time before the six months, the 25% down payment will be retained and any remaining balance refunded.

If the layaway is not paid off after 6 months, we will attempt to contact the customer. If we cannot reach the customer, then the sale will be canceled and all payments will be retained.

Items purchased on Layaway are not returnable.
